Friendly camaraderie based Trap competition every Saturday in a supervised setting. New shooters welcome!

• Shotgun (any type is acceptable; break action 12ga is recommended).
• Ammo (# 7½ shot or smaller). Usual shoot is between 50-100 rounds.
• Hull pouch (not required, but recommended).

Learn to engage targets while on the move (dynamic firing line). IPSC style competition with digital scoring. Multiple ranges for use, including jungle lanes.

We require assistance with course & target setup prior to the safety briefing. Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the briefing to assist.

Safety briefing starts at 1130L (OCT - FEB), and at 1230L (MAR - SEP), unless indicated otherwise on the calendar.

Required Equipment:

• Holster Qualification
  **Holster qual is required if using a holster. PCC does not require a holster qual.**
  
• If you do not possess a Holster qual but would like to participate, we will modify the start position for you.
• Minimum 9mm caliber handgun.
• Minimum 3 magazines, preferably 4 or more.
• Gun belt & holster (sturdy belt).
• Mag pouches.
• Usual shoot is 4 stages, between 80-150 rounds total (roughly 30 per stage).

Optional Equipment:

• PCC (Pistol Caliber Carbine). Optional if you wish to shoot IPSC PCC stages.
• Optics & iron sights are the shooter's choice.
• Compensator, magwell, gas pedal, etc. (performance modifications).

Learn to safely and effectively engage targets while moving on the range. Transition from rifle to handgun through the course of fire.

Shooters may participate in the rifle stage only; handgun/shotgun section is optional. Attendees must be holster qualified to participate in the handgun stage.

Required equipment:

• Firearms used must be legal to discharge at a range in Canada.
  
• Semi auto and/or repeaters (internal magazine & tubular magazine fed are allowed).
  
• 22LR is welcome.
  
• SKS and similar platforms are permissible for use.
  
• Preferably centerfire rifle and handgun.
• Gun belt & holster for handgun (sturdy belt).
• Mag pouches (both rifle and handgun pouches).
• Extra magazines (both rifle and handgun; 3-5 of each are recommended).
• Usual shoot is 100 rounds rifle and 50 rounds handgun.
• Dump pouch.

Optional equipment:

• Sling for rifle is highly recommended (one or two point).
• Shotgun (for shotgun section). Trap loads (# 7½ shot) & slugs.

• Pump or semi auto recommended.
• Plate carriers & plates.
• First Aid kit.
• Bi-pod.
• Optics & iron sights are the shooter's choice.

The idea behind the Silhouette discipline is to set up a fun and casual event where everyone is welcome. From new shooters wanting to get comfortable with firearms, to experienced shooters wanting to get better.

Silhouettes will be set up at 30-40yds depending on the level of experience of shooters on that day. Or if anyone is using iron sights, red dots, etc.

Set up will occur on the first Saturday of each month on MPR2.

• Rimfire rifle. Primarily 22lr, but most rimfire rifles will be acceptable.

Optional equipment:

• Scope for your rifle. Recommended, but not necessary. Iron sights are a good challenge.
• Sling for your rifle (we shoot offhand).
